While we will always do our utmost to ensure the safety of your dog/pet while in our care accidents do sometimes happen for which we can not be held responsible. We do advise that you have your own pet insurance.

CANCLELLATION

In the event of cancellation for day care and walks of less than 24 hrs we have to charge 1/2 of the fee.

Pet Boarding  cancellations if less than 7 days notice we have to charge 1/2 of the fee.

 

Male dogs that are not neutered will not be able to be boarded.

 

Vaccination and Chipping

We request that all dogs who come into our care have up to date vaccination certificates,including kennel cough and are also chipped and have an identity tag on at all times.

Payment

Walks and Daycare 

Pay daily or weekly.

For Dog Boarding and Cat Sitting /small Pet visits

A 50% non refundable deposit is required on booking and also a the balance s to be paid at the start of your/pets holiday dates
